Gym was always clean and well maintained. Relatively okay variety of equipment. Breakfast was a hit or miss, all depends on your preference - I believe they can do a better job of improving on local availabilities and taste generally, esp for the local options. Omelets were lovely. Pool was great. Rooms were good, a bit dated. No issues with House keeping.

The property was nice, great location, nice staff, beautiful gym. The restaurant served delicious food. Only negative i had the bars did not open until 11am. If I'm on vacation i rather start drinking before 11am. That's pretty late for a resort. Also the pool bar closed pretty early while the pool stayed open.

Food was too expensive, way more expensive than the US. I requested rooms together and they put one room on 3rd and one on 4th floor. They should’ve accommodated us and when 2 or more rooms are booked they should be next or close to each other. Other than that, the stay was really nice, rooms were very clean and spacious.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Trinidad. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and room service was on point every time. I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant. We had an amazing stay at this hotel for our last minute trip to Trinidad. This is our first time with the whole family with younger kids travelling somewhere that’s not all-inclusive . From the moment we arrived the staff was so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed conversation with them and appreciated their recommendations. Everything and everyone we encountered were top tier and willing to help. We will definitely be back and most likely very soon :) I wish I asked for the names for some of the staff that went above and beyond , they deserve to be highlighted. But all in all definitely recommend

Let me start by saying, if you are not used to mounatinous winding roads, then this will be challeninging for you. We planned our trip, but never realized that Trinidad and Tobago are actual islands and the landscape is basically mountains. The scenery was beautiful but the ride was not what I expected to get to the property. But once there, the view is beautiful. The hotel was very clean and the staf was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend if you visit to stay there. The rooms were awesome. A desk and chair is provided if you need to do work. We had an issue with the shower, called the front desk and within 5 minutes or less someone was there to fix the issue. We enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again.
