A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts.

Great stay Port Moresby!

We arrived around 7 am in the morning, the hotel pick up us at the airport. Our room was ready wow! The staff is incredibly helpful! Internet is great! Breakfast is very basic! For lunch or dinner the food is great!

Nice hotel in a terrible location.

Quite a nice place in a terrible area. Plus, right next to a night club that has booming music till the wee hours followed by loud patrons after that. Staff are very nice. Restaurant is ok.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet place, good and affordable food. Shuttle from and to the airport were well organised. The only negative thing is that I was charged twice for my stay and struggled to get refunded (still waiting for my refund after I checked out).

Paddys is excellent accomodation

Paddys is excellent accomodation wise and is right in the heart of a good shopping centre. A bit of a distance from the airport there if you need that access.

Poor communication between staff: 1. I asked Jenny to arrange for an area shuttle. The next morning, the receptionist was not aware of this. Although the shuttle was provided, I had to explain everything all over. 2. I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was away. The driver told a colleague as we were heading out. However, room wasn't cleaned when I returned. The cleaner knocked on my door when I was already resting in the afternoon.

Great Hotel in Moresby for Busy People

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Port Moresby: very polite and courteous staff, prompt shuttle, clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, and a restaurant open on site from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm which is good when schedules are not established and change unexpectedly. We will definitely stay there again!
