My stay was basically very good. The room had a couple of things that needed attention - dead batteries in the room safe were so old they were corroding the battery contacts and the shower poured a lot of water directly on the shower floor rather than out of the rose, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was quite good.

Property was clean, very helpful staff and the security guards. Fridge wasn't working @ the apartment. After hours contact should be placed in each room. Installing of soft drinks and sweets vending machine would be an ideal. All in all i find it to be very quiet and peaceful. Very helpful staff. Looking forward to stay there on my next holidays in PNG.

Excellent! Amazingly friendly, smiling people I met during my 1 whole month stay at Citi Boutique Hotel. You all made me feel at home so I felt like I was finally home in my family comfort zone. Oh my god the food was so amazing and not to forget cappuccino yes cappuccino they make excellent cappuccino and the chefs are too good "AMAZING FOOD" well prepared! From top to bottom everything made me feel at home. All great workers, great service "YES TOO GOOD YOU ALL ARE" Beautiful friendly smile every day you come across.
