Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel.
