Good stay overall. Apartment’s quite tired looking but all the same had everything we needed. No tea towels in apartment and all the labels rubbed off on the oven so unusable which was a shame. Pool was the highlight!

Nice place for a short break

Nice apartment in a good central location ... only 10 minutes from the main street in Port Douglas. Lovely welcome from the receptionist, Rhian, who gives a great first impression. Nice swimming pools, although could do with some umbrellas over lounges for some shade. Balcony area was dirty and therefore not inviting. Overall a good stay though.

Bay Villas is an older property but it’s clean and comfortable with a reasonably equipped kitchen. Apartment had a laundry which was very convenient.

Old uncomfortable bed. Crappy old/tiny bathroom with mould on inside of shower door, water pressure poor & leaked through old door onto floor. No room & no extras soap, face washer etc. Room cleanliness poor. Location was ok if you like to walk - about 1km to shops/cafes in Main Street. Self parking very tight, but under cover.

Would stay again!

Very well set up apartment. Lovely pool area. Only a pleasant 10 minute walk from the busy eating and shopping area. Helpful staff Smallish bathroom and if you struggle with stairs make sure you book a downstairs room.
