L'Hôtel est bien situé face à la mer. Tranquille. Chambre et literie confortable. Il faudrait rajouter un rideau dans la douche. Petit déjeuner parfait. Par contre, annoncer aux clients le matin que le restaurant est fermé le soir, moyen.

la reservation a été annulée par l'hotel qui a fait état d'un "bug informatique" mais a proposé, par mail un établissement de remplacement a confirmer dans un délais très court. La réservation par informatique est très aléatoire car révocable a tout moment par l'hotelier.

Peux mieux faire

* Parking : gratuit en face de l'hôtel, au bord de la plage. * Accueil : les clients sont "accueillis" après 17h, mais personne à l'accueil à 18h. La porte est fermée avec un digicode, une sonnette (sans réponse après 5mn) et une affiche avec un numéro de téléphone. Il a fallu telephoner pour obtenir le code et ensuite prendre les clés sur le comptoir de l'accueil. * Chambres : 1. une au rez de chaussée (pour nos filles de 14 et 17 ans) : 1 lit double, 1 lit simple, 1 télévision, propre, sombre (volets croisés pour ne pas voir la cour arrière de l'hôtel) avec une odeur comme de moisie ; 2. l'autre au premier étage : 1 lit double, 1 lit simple, 1 télévision déréglée sans les chaînes principales (tf1, france télévision, ...), claire (vue sur le stade communale) et sans odeur, l'eau chaude a mis plus de 2 minutes pour se faire ressentir. * Restaurant : 1. restaurant fermé le soir (mercredi 10 août) ; 2. les petits déjeuner sont servis de 8h30 à 10h30 en supplément. Le choix est restreint (jambon, fromage, mini croissant, céréales, yaourt, compote, jus d'orange, eau, boissons chaudes sur demande à la seule personne présente). Départ : après 5mn d'attente à l'accueil (9h15) on l'a effectué dans la salle des petits déjeuner.

La Challoupe

We had stayed at the hotel about 2 years ago and found it quirky but comfortable and enjoyable with an excellent meal in the restaurant. However when we arrived this time we found the hotel deserted with a note on the door with a telephone number to phone. When we entered the hotel the smell was overwhelming and there was damp everywhere. One of the rooms that had been allocated to us was full of mould and was uninhabitable. The restaurant was closed and although a member of staff visited she made no effort to even speak to us. When we said we needed to check-out at 0615 the next day as we had to catch a ferry the owner said he could not visit to take our money. A most bizarre experience.

il est fortement dommage que l’accueil soit à la limite de la correction attitude qui s'est répétée au moment du règlement. D'autre part le check in n'est possible qu'à 17h30 ce qui est quand même bien tardif. Ceci mis à part ( mais quand même....) la literie est très confortable et la chambre très calme.

Hôtel propre mais manque de rénovation tout du moins pour la chambre 1. Odeur de renfermé, peinture écaillé dans la salle de bain , humidité, dans la chambre les barres de seuils étaient rouillées et un coin du mur s'éffritait. chambre qui donne coté jardin, déception aussi , un bout de terrain parsemé de bout de dalles de bétons .... Qualité de service à revoir , la porte de la chambre était entre-ouverte à notre arrivée. Les services et équipements sont normaux , tv, douche xxl , mini bar à disposition pour y mettre ses denrées au cas ou et un coffre fort. Le wi fi est gratuit ce qui est appréciable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait , en face une vue imprenable sur la baie.

Hotel au gout du Jour, avec douche froide

Chambre spacieuse décorée dans la tendance, lit confortable, salle de bain équipée d'une petite vasque suspendue pas très fonctionnelle, toilette installée trop haut. Mais surtout de l'eau froide pour la douche à 8h30. Nous l'avons signalé à la réceptioniste lors du départ. Nous l'avons entendu en référer à son responsable, il lui a dit que cela était normal quant tout le monde prend sa douche en même temps......cet hôtel a huit chambres. Petit déjeuner très correct, dans la salle de restaurant bien décorée.
