Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Dirty, looks like was not cleaned after last tenants, not enough linen and 5 towels for 10 people. When attempted to communicate with management I was ignored second day when it was promised that cleaners and all things missing would be supplied. The pool was the only thing that was promised that was cleaned to expectations. Beautiful property with lots of potential. However, I would never return as very dirty eg dishes were dirty and placed in drawers, vomit in bedrooms, cobwebs and dust from months of not cleaning especially where the 5 towels were supplied for 10 people. Bed sheets have not been washed, hair and dead insects on all sheets. Had to wash all with our own product. What really upset me and my family is the lack of communication from property manager she had stopped responding to my messages the 3rd night after I was requiring about all the things that had been promised.
Stayed 10 nights in Jun 2024
