for the price, the management took extra care to provide for a clean and comfortable room. i stayed at the marriott in key largo before this and at less than half the cost this is by far a superior room.

A Budget Friendly Motel That Cares

We really liked this easily accessible motel. The well kept grounds and exterior had many thoughtful features. The parking spaces were wide. Sheltered gathering spaces had grills and comfy chairs. Inclined walks led to handicapped rooms. The room was clean and had two places to sit.

It was exactly what we needed for our economical trip to the Punta Gorda area, Something simple, clean & reasonably priced. If you have children maybe look for something more entertaining.

Thus place is quiet the manager Yogi does a great job make sure you're safe and equipment is kept in well lighted lot. They also have habitat wildlife here i seen rabbits and little alligators in pond. Beautiful birds also.

No pool

The hotel was okay. We were in the back of the hotel. It was quiet. We only spent one night as we were just passing through. But it was clean. There isn't much around as far as shopping or eating and the pool is closed for maintenance. From what we were told by a couple from the area...it's been closed for a couple of years.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here. Expedia / Knights Inn let me book the property even though they were completely without power and all utilities. Other properties in the area, 4 star properties, let me know this prior to making reservations.
