there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges

I cannot recommend this hotel. We made a reservation, but when we called to check in, we were told that no reservation existed. We were left in a very difficult situation in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. Despite the reservation not being available, the payment was still charged from my account. This feels like a scam and was a very disappointing experience.
