Lovely hotel

Great size room and comfortable bed, free hour-long spa use was a nice extra. For walking into Pornic, take the elevator down to -3 (car park) and exit on foot to shortcut the stairs down the side of the hotel!

Less than 10 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars along the harbour. Spacious general space and bedrooms. Well equipped bedrooms. Nice dining room & adjacent bar. Excellent service. Great parking

Lovely relaxing overnight stay

Lovely hotel ideally located. We were upgraded which was really nice and the room was large and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and could speak to us in English. For us the hotel was ideally located a short stroll from the main centre making it easy to access everything but also quiet. Would definitely recommend and had no complaints at all.

Overall, had a great experience at the Westotel. I liked the property and location. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Areas for improvement: breakfast, loud music/outside late at night (possibly from Casino), no flexibility with check-in and check-out times even though there were very few guests. Neverthless, I would stay again!

Beautiful new hotel, modern fixtures. Beautiful lobby, bar and restaurant. We did not eat at the restaurant, but there were people there every day. Right across the street from the casino. Friendly staff that most could understand English. Our favorite was Celine Rouxel, she went above and beyond to store our luggage, charge a phone, deliver the phone, and personally inform us when our room was ready. Close to the Pornic town, clean and comfortable. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking but never had a bad nights sleep :) Our room faced the canal and had a balcony with a great view. Next time we visit, we will stay here again and recommend to anyone who asks.

Nice Place to Stay in Pornic

Very nice hotel with excellent mattresses and bed linen. Not too fond of the leather in the room, but it was comfortable and spacious. Nice view (see photo). The restaurant was sub-par; however, breakfast was good. Great desk staff.

Paid for premium room 'Privilege Suite'. There was little, often zero, internet connectivity. When i asked about this, Westotel staff were not concerned, they informed me that i should sit in reception to connect!! Dear Westotel it is now 21st Century and excellent in-room wifi is no longer optional, it is a requirement.

Emplacement idéal au calme tout en gardant une accessibilité au centre ville et au port (5 min à pied). Chambre spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée avec machine à café et bouilloire. Une jolie terrasse complète la chambre. Grand parking gratuit + parking souterrain disponible (sans supplément). Un accès à la piscine jusqu'à 22h est très agréable. Quant aux soins spa, c'est uniquement sur réservation. Enfin, le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet établissement pour mon prochain séjour.

Séjour en dessous des attentes pour un établissement affichant quatre étoiles. Si le cadre est agréable et le personnel présent, la qualité globale des prestations ne correspond pas au standing annoncé. La propreté laisse à désirer, notamment les chaises de la terrasse. Le mini-bar, pourtant indiqué comme équipé, était débranché : un manquement assimilable à une publicité mensongère. Aucune bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, et aucune information préalable sur la nécessité d’apporter sa gourde pour se servir dans le couloir : pratique inadaptée à ce niveau de gamme. L’absence de peignoirs et de chaussons impose d’accéder au spa pieds nus sur la moquette et dans l’ascenseur, ce qui pose un réel problème d’hygiène. Le plateau de courtoisie, limité à deux capsules et deux sachets de thé, est minimaliste. Le petit-déjeuner, facturé au prix fort, n’est pas à la hauteur : produits industriels, viennoiseries surgelées, jus à presser soi-même et café médiocre. Enfin, malgré les remarques formulées lors du départ, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, pas même sur l’heure supplémentaire facturée 10 €. En résumé, un établissement au potentiel réel mais très éloigné des standards d’un 4 étoiles, où la recherche d’économies semble primer sur la satisfaction et l’expérience client.

Accueil a l ecoute des clients, nous vouageons a velos sir la Velodyssee et nous avons pu mettre nos velos dans un local sécurisé. Sauna et hammam pour se detendre et piscine. Proximité du centre ville pour visiter. Le casino jeux au pied de l hôtel Chambre calme, spacieuce et reposant
