The hotel was easy to find, plenty of parking. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great for our needs, clean, comfy bed, excellent air con and the breakfast was ok. For a stopover, we would certainly book this hotel again.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was decent and room was clean and comfortable. Location is in the middle of a retail park - views of a Lidl and decathlon superstore and lots of parking lots. Spa was additional cost and not of any note. Isn’t the same as it comes across as on the website. 30 min walk to the centre of Pornic. Not really a relaxing ‘spa hotel’ - more a utilitarian building in the middle of a dull area with a room with a hot tub in.

Evening staff were the best ! Very helpful and accommodating. Daytime staff were very busy with hotel chores and sometimes seemed inattentive. However, I still recommend this hotel for its ambience, kind staff, and lovely rooms. Everyone was friendly and kind.

Loved staying at this hotel. It's a bit pricey to get into town (€21 for 1.5 mile ride) but the hotel itself is very lovely and the staff are extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and large. The shower and bathroom were amazing. Also, if you search, there are a lot of hidden gems in the neighborhood to visit, like a delicious bakery and a brilliant wine cave and bar. Room service was also tasty !

Location is right near highway and shopping options. Parking is ample for our Motorhomes. Breakfast was eggs, yogurt s, breads, fruits-full breakfast. Hotel is modern with fast Wifi. The staff were excellent!

Excellent comfortable individual hotel

Absolutely lovely hotel. Very comfortable bed with crisp white linen. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent shower with separate toilet. Very quiet. Good Italian restaurant next door. Excellent welcoming staff. Lovely decor in the communal areas as well as the room. Will stay again if in the area. Deserves a four star.
