Pleasant Comfortable Stay.

Very pleasant enjoyable stay. Only downside was the bar closed at 22.00 and it wasn't possible to get a drink/nightcap. Being Irish I am usually only going out for a drink at this time so disappointing!

Les chambres et le personnel sont parfaits. En revanche le petit déjeuner est une escroquerie. Un bout de pain avec du beurre et un café dans un gobelet en carton ce n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Je l'ai fait remonter à la réception. La formule à 8 EUR c'est cher pour rien. Je ne prendrai plus de petit dejeuner si je reviens mais le reste tout s'est bien passé, chambre nickel, repas du soir parfaite et personnel souriant.

Dans l'ensemble

La chambre était propre, pratique une petite kitchenette équipée avec ce qu'il faut pour manger, faire la vaisselle, un frigo avec 2 bouteilles d'eau, on pouvait se faire un café ou un thé, la chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain avec une baignoire. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de vestiaire à la piscine car c'était l'hiver l'accès se fait par le parking souterrain donc tu restes mouillé pour remonter dans la chambre. Le restaurant est super on a très bien mangé c'est bien cuisiner le chef est passé nous voir si tous se passait bien. Pour la salle de sport les deux tapis de marche sont vieux et abîmé dommage et les 2 vélos nul pas moyen de voir à combien tu roules trop petit en taille pourtant mon mari ne fait que 1m 74, donc il a été déçu de ne pas pouvoir les utiliser. Dans l'ensemble on est content de notre séjour à l'accueil ils sont tous professionnels.

La chambre était correcte ,mais on vient me demander si je veux qu'on fasse la chambre , les draps ne sont pas changés et pourtant on paye Quand au snacking inadmissible pas de coca pour les enfants pas toute la carte et il faut venir chercher la table roulante on ne vous l'apporte pas et les mets étaient immangeables trop cuits du décongelés mal cuits Et pour finir il n'y a même pas eu un geste commercial à 12€ le plat non mangé cela fait cher Pour finir le mardi matin la piscine qui devait être à 26° était au maximum à 22° on grelottait quand on le dit on nous assure que la piscine était à 28° Pour finir il y a des tâches sur les moquettes dans les couloirs et dans la chambre je ne conseille pas cet hôtel qui nous donne la vue sur des travaux ou une décharge et qui est loin de Pornic centre
