Vacations Close To Pope Army Airfield

Hello Everyone I Am a Loyal Hotels App Member with Plenty of Past Great Experiences! I Have to say tho the Service i received at 562 cross creek Mall was Sooo Un Appreciated and profiling that I Will no longer be Returning to their establishment after booking plenty of room there they are under new ownership which is proving to be a loss. Not everyone experience will be the same but I recommend you take your services elsewhere where !! They are not a Good staffing.

Stayed for one night while traveling with small children. The lady at check in was kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Our room had a small beverage cooler and microwave.

The staff was nice, room was clean. But the property in itself had a Broken elevator and weird smell lol..the tv function was also super slow. I may be picky on my stays, but honestly it did the job for the length of time I was there. I would pick better options but this was a decent stay.

We were visiting our son. It’s a great hotel. In base and close to shops. Very clean and staff is very accommodating.

Room cleanliness was poor.
