The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel to participate in the Engadin Skimarathon, and they made everything super easy for us. The location of the hotel is perfect for cross-country skiing. The tracks are literally 10 m from the hotel, and you can access a wide network of tracks. A very beautiful place!

About a 2 minute ride from the Pontresina train station. We took the train from Lucerne to Pontresina en route to Milan. Beautiful train ride. The property is brand new and staff super accommodating. Superior room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with amazing mountain views. Dinner on property was excellent and reasonable. Bar was nice and offered several beers from local brewery along with full liquor and menu. Trails right outside front door, staff super friendly and helpful. Pedro in particular was great-helpful with information and service. Would highly recommend this property in Pontresina.

super Hotel mit nettem Personal

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht super. Leider waren zu unserem Zeitraum nur noch die älteren Zimmer verfügbar, was für eine Nacht ganz okey war. Das nächste mal werde ich die neue Zimmerkategorie ausprobieren. Der Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr nett. Kommen gerne wieder hierher. Auch eine Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Sommer wie auch zur jetzigen Jahreszeit.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit auch das Zimmer war sauber und wie auf den Bildern zu erwarten. Wenn der Hotelgast oberhalb von uns die WC Spülung betätigt hat, hörten wir das sehr gut. Leider war das Hotel auch ausgebucht, deshalb konnten sie nichts unternehmen. Ansonsten hat uns unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Palü sehr gut gefallen.

Alle rufen freudig aus, das Palü ist unser Haus.

Weit überdurchschnittlich in dieser Kategorie: Unterkunft, Küche und ganze Atmosphäre. Einmalig gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger kleiner Fleck auf der weissen Weste: Das Badzimmer, insbesondere die Badewanne, ist für Alte und Behinderte wegen fehlenden Haltegriffen problematisch.
