“Una estancia magnífica. Personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. El Hotel súper cuidado y con una decoración excelente. La ubicación inmejorable entre montañas y en un entorno idílico y tranquilo. La habitación-apartamento muy limpia, grande, con un buen baño y vistas preciosas a las montañas. Parecía recién reformada. Camas cómodas. El menú de la cena buenísimo y el desayuno buffet variado y de calidad. Parking gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.”

“Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. “Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...
