Decent Hotel

The room was small, smelled like mildew in the hallway and room. The Canadian at the front desk was not very helpful and didn’t have a map of the city. The hotel does have the best view of the river and city if you stay in room 323. Breakfast and dinner were good, but crowded due to a large group staying at the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel! Great location, view of the river, balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room is mean and bed is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nos solucionaron un problema en la reserva que era culpa nuestra con múltiples facilidades. Todo perfecto y gran desayuno. Si vas fin de semana habitación con vistas al río, en el otro ala hay locales ocio cerca q si eres "sensible" al ruido no t gustara

Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre extrêmement bruyante. Les amateurs de foot du bar en dessous nous ont gardé éveillé jusqu'au minuit à plusieurs reprises. La climatisation fonctionnait à peine et la douche était dans un état assez médiocre. L'emplacement au contraire est excellente.

Yo no tuve mucha suerte con el AA, el wc carece de bidé, me costó dar con el hotel por obras en la localidad, no estaba señalizado en la cartelería de Ponte de Lima. Los servicios del hotel son básicos, la recepción también atiende el pequeño bar, sin cocina. Básico, limpio y dentro de un orden. Un cuatro estrellas justito. La anunciada piscina llevaba fuera servicio años, a juzgar por el estado de las instalaciones. No repetiría.
