If you ever get to go to Pedro Juan Caballero or Punta Pora, this is by far the best hotel in the area. Been there multiple times and will keep going- would love to take my family to it. Excellent!

Hospedagem na Pousada do Bosque

Hotel muito bom. Camas confortáveis, quarto espaçoso, área externa com muitas atrações parabadultos e crianças. O único inconveniente foi que o check-in estava previsto para às 15h e, ao chegar às 15:30h, não havia quarto pronto. Tive que esperar até às 16:05h para poder entrar. Não é muito tempo, a não ser quando vc está com crianças e vindo de uma viagem de carro.

Tudo Perfeito!

Mais uma vez, tudo perfeito, especialmente quando o ar do quarto não estava 100% e prontamente mudaram o nosso quarto, certificando que estava tudo perfeito! O café da manhã estava repleto de coisas gostosas, sendo que os pães estavam deliciosos. Finalmente fomos atendidos por uma dupla (Elenice e uma jovem que fazia lembrar a Audrey Hepburn) que nos atendeu com prontidão e cordialidade. Muito obrigado!

Suite linda e funcional.

Ficamos na suíte, que tinha uma configuração linda e funcional. Frigobar um pouco pequeno, mas bem abastecido com águas e refri. Faltou um espelho de aumento no banheiro... e talvez um pillow top. Café da manhã bom e bem surtido, com frutas variadas, Capuccino, leite sem lactose, aveia e outros. Voltaremos com certeza.

No geral, muito bom.

O hotel está em muito bom estado de conservação. Café da manhã farto e variado, acima da média mesmo considerada a categoria. Ótimo atendimento na recepção. Limpeza diária e bem feita. Única ressalva: o atendimento no restaurante, domingo à noite, deixou muito a desejar. Não se observou a ordem dos pedidos. Outras mesas foram servidas antes da nossa. Uma pizza que pedimos demorou duas horas para ser servida. Garçons confusos e mal treinados.

Tem uma fachada bonita e tem atividade para criança. Mas o colchão é terrível, pior que Ibis. Muito desconfortável. E as paredes não tem isolamento acústico. Hotel extremamente barulhento por esse motivo.

Estadia agradável, lugar com amplo espaço de lazer, atendentes atenciosos, limpeza de quarto deixou um pouco a desejar assim como a manutenção, dormimos com a ar-condicionado do quarto pingando durante quase toda estadia sendo assim alagando o quarto com a água que escorria dele. Café da manhã bom, mais para o porte do hotel e seu espaço poderia ser muito melhor, avaliação de um usuário que ficou 6 meses a trabalho neste hotel, e agora dando minha avaliação como cliente de ferias.

ótimo hotel e café da manha, mas peca na limpeza

O melhor de Ponta Porã, recepção linda e bem requintada, café da manhã incrível, ótimo para crianças brincarem, mas já está na hora de uma atualização. Fiquei na suite e o hotel ja possui sinais do tempo e falta de uma limpeza mais detalhada, como limo no canto do box, sujeira nos azulejos do banheiro que dá sim um pouco de nojo, parede da banheira com pintura descascando, utensílios de metal enferrujando. A suite é bem mais cara do que o quarto normal então esperava mais. Os detalhes fazem muita diferença e o hotel é normal, razoável, vale a pena

Chegamos as 15:10 para check in, porém o quarto ainda não estava limpo, pediram 20 minutos para concluir a limpeza, passando esse período fui questionar a demora, pediram mais 20 minutos, ao final deste tempo liberaram o quarto, porém no documento de check in colocaram que chegamos às 15:49! Ao chegar no quarto os pisos estavam molhados e escorregadios, não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro e todos os eletrocinéticos e luminárias estavam desconectados das tomadas
