ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO

Hotel bem localizado, quarto muito amplo, limpo. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Com, exceção da garagem, que na minha opinião é muito estreita, inclusive acabei encostando na coluna. (tem que ter proteção em todas elas).

Achei uma falta de bom senso e indelicadeza deixar uma cama de solteiro no quarto com um plástico e aviso de não use e não ponha nada em cima. Ocupando um espaço de conforto no quarto PAGO PELO HÓSPEDE! Não conhecem o " Direito do Consumidor".

Hotel é bastante confortável. Nesta ocasião o serviço de arrumação deixou de repor toalhas e a água quente do chuveiro não estava tão quente. Café da manhã não tinha opção de produtos sem glúten, em duas manhãs, mesmo quando solicitado.

Desta vez não foi a melhor hospedagem.

O hotel é ótimo, uma ótima escolha. Nesta oportunidade, no entanto, já havia disponíveis produtos sem glúten no café da manhã, e a pressão da água do chuveiro estava muito menor do que costumava ser. Os sabonetes oferecidos podem ser melhores. Ainda assim, uma boa opção em Ponta Grossa.
