Fiquei no quarto 611, toneira quebrada, chuveiro ruim não esquenta direito. Sempre fiquei nesse hotel pelo jantar livre, agora mudou para buffet. Estacionamento longe tive dificuldade pela chuva. Na próxima estadia em Cascavel experimentarei outro hotel.

O Hotel é bom, bem localizado e a equipe é muito atenciosa. Bom chuveiro e cama confortável. Mas o banheiro tem um cheiro de esgoto que não condiz com o lugar. O ar condicionado do meu quarto apresentou mensagem de erro e não funcionou. O café da manhã era saboroso, mas bem simplório.

Atendimento cordial; boa acomodação; hotel bem localizado além de que do nosso quarto dava para ver o campo do estádio de futebol do operário; o café da manhã é bem variado. Falta sistema de exaustão na cozinha pois havia muita fumaça no ambiente.

Boa localização, quarto com uma cama enormeee (704), maior que king rs Café da manhã com variedades, mas fiquei 2 dias e se repetiu no dia seguinte. Não vá a pé aos mercados (condor e Tozetto), parece perto, mas são longe e tem ladeiras. Equipe de funcionários cordiais. Estacionamento gratuito dentro e fora do local (dentro e muito estreito e meio perigoso pra bater). Janelas anti ruídos.

Pedi para trocar o lençol e continuou sujo. Perderam minha ficha que preenchi na entrada… bloquearam meu quarto… A reserva era para um quarto superior com vista da Cidade… vista da Rua e do Estádio. Problema de gestão, café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor. Ponta Grossa é uma cidade que evoluiu muito e a hotelaria precisa acompanhar! O hotel tem potencial mas o serviço está ruim. O serviço de valet e o restaurante do Hotel que são terceirizados são bons.
