Não se hóspede nesse hotel!

A estadia foi horrível, o quarto parece que não foi limpado, as cobertas estavam cheirando mal e sujas. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, tínhamos que descer até o saguão quando precisávamos de algo! Fui uma experiência horrível.

Reclamação hotel National In

Quando eu cheguei o recepcionista informou que dó hotel estava lotado mesmo com a reserva antecipada. Não fiquei satisfeita por que o hotel cobrou mais 10% sob o valor da diária e me deu uma Nota fiscal com um valor bem abaixo do que foi pago no aplicativo. Ou seja R$ 27,00 Entre o valor que eu paguei e o valor da Nota fiscal que será restituído pela empresa em que eu trabalho. Ou seja Não vale a pena usar o aplicativo no meu caso.

Decepcionante!

O quarto não estava nas melhores condições (tinha aranhas pequenas no banheiro), as pessoas que passavam pela rua conseguiam ver dentro do banheiro e me cobraram quase 100 reais a mais por uma diária, devido a troca de quarto pelos motivos apresentados, além da falta de comunicação entre os funcionários
