Room was clean, there was a water shut down and bathroom smelled like sewer for 3 days. Advised staff, they said they would make a note if it no other communication received in this regard. A bit disappointed for sure.

The room was always very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They were always willing to answer questions. They always greeted us each day. Breakfast was good. Lots of bread options. There were always scrambled eggs. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available from the bar. The pool is small, and we didn’t use it but it was nice. The room temperature was a plus. The AC worked very well in the hot summer. The only negative I noticed were the walls were slightly dinged up, but that did not affect us.

The staff were constantly welcoming, informative, and always ready to enhance our experience. Our room was spacious and clean with ample closet space. Our room was also very quiet which lead to an excellent night's sleep even while in walking distance to everything the city offered. I would stay here again!

Great hotel right in the centre of the town. Sophia was a great help at the desk too with getting us reservations and calling us cabs. The hot tub and sauna was by reservation which was nice so you get it all to yourself. And theres a nice cafe and bar across the way from the hotel so you can get a close final drink for the night.

Hotel is ideally located and is great value for the cost. There are lots of dining options in the area and plenty of sightseeing. The staff is super friendly and only too willing to accommodate your needs. Rooms are quite comfortable, modern and clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
