Perfect little hotel

Wonderful hotel, perfectly located. Surrounded by restaurants and shops and things to do. They will call taxis or arrange things you need. The morning basket of snacks and breakfast was great.

Clean, but very noisy location

Nice and clean room and good intructions for check-in and very central location, however a lot of nice from cars and peolpe from the streeet which made the sleep nealy impossible.

I love this place because it’s right in the center. Very convenient. The small balcony has a view of the promenade. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delivered in a cute basket every morning. The staff were great and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. I would stay here again next time

The property is located in the heart of the city centre. So walkable to and from so many dining options, sites, and shopping. It is not that far from the airport as well. It is clean and staff were so helpful.

The stay was good but I missed more climatization amenities in the bedroom. Plus it was not clear that bathroom was separated

The hotel was a great location giving easy access to shops and restaurants. Great to have access to a kitchen and living room. Rooms had efficient air conditioning and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms overlooking the road were a little noisy and both rooms that we stayed in had a step down from the bathroom into the bedroom which we weren’t keen on.

We really loved staying at this property. The building was beautiful. We loved the high ceilings and the gold painted trim everywhere. Our room was lovely and we loved the shared kitchen and living room spaces that were available. We could step right out our door and be near lots of shops and lots of great restaurants. We parked about a 5 minute walk from our place and only used it when driving to neighboring sights. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return.

Excellent apartment in great location!

The location is excellent! Can walk to everything, wonderful cafe across the street for morning coffee and pastry. Hosts are outstanding! Printed my boarding pass and scheduled a taxi for my departure. Can’t say enough about the service I received! The apartment was very nice with a comfortable bed and great shower. The building is older but completely updated and I loved the charm of the building with its 20ft ceilings. Would definitely stay again.

Greatest experience ever. Spacious rooms (20 ft ceilings!), clean, comfortable, right in the city center. And the staff is the best. Kudos to Nuno for showing up at 11pm to help me solve a problem. 5 stars service, truly. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Air conditioned. Great location. Parking can be a bit tricky. They suggested several free lots nearby. A great Portuguese restaurant next door as well as a fabulous Irish pub. Rooms are a bit small and windows face a sometimes noisy and busy street. Very good shower in a small bathroom. All in all served us very well. it's more of a rooming house than a hotel.

We stayed in the apartment with kitchen. Towels, cutlery and one pillow cover were not clean. Basically all furniture and appliances were very worn. The fridge was even rusting from the outside. We could not use the stove because the children protection was activated which we could not manage to deactivate. But we would not have used it anyway. The only window did not stay open by itself and was very hard to open and close in general. The view from the window into the courtyard/back of the house was ugly with pigeons and seagulls making noise throughout the night. Generally, the house also has very thin walls. If someone walks on the floor or is in the kitchen, you will hear it. The overall location in the city is very good with parking garage, restaurants and supermarket nearby. But definitely not worth the 160€/night we paid.

This stay was absolutely perfect - we spent 9 days here and felt right at home. It was clean and our stay was refreshing and relaxing. There is a bit of noise from the street as it is a busy road and near a lot of bars, restaurants, etc. We were able to use the kitchen for cooking and storing food items. They clean the room every 2-3 days but they check in to see if you need any additional toiletries or extra cleaning. They are available via Whatsapp and give prompt responses to any questions!!
