Hotel staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The housekeeping staff was awesome, made up my daughter’s bed creatively with her stuffed animals daily and room was always super clean. Bar staff was great, dining room staff were fantastic. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay!

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good and convenient. The only small downside is the breakfast. There could be more variety, and the bread could be better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the service.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay! The hotel was much nicer than it seemed based on research. The check in was easy and they even gave us free parking. We were also surprised by a fresh fruit plate that was sent to the room! The pools and hot tub were nice and every common area in the hotel was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable…probably the best ones we had on our entire trip!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff were very heloful. Clean comfortabke room. Lovely pool. The air conditioning was ok. Breafast very badic and a luttle hectic but that was fine. Great stay, 6 nights here. Good breakfast , lots of amenities. Only thing that didn’t go well was we signed up for the free yoga class, and the instructor didn’t show up. Even though email confirmation was sent the day before.

The property was well maintained and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the koi ponds and gardens was lovely. The food at the restaurant and bar was very good and diverse. The on site parking made traveling easy and its location in city center made exploration of Ponta Delgada a breeze.

Very helpful and friendly staff as well as in the reception as in the bar. Spotlessly clean in the room. The breakfast could be more variated - we had the same to choose between in the 8 days, we were at the hotel. Do not book a taxy from the hotel - book through a taxi app instead. It is much cheaper, the cars er newer/better, and the drivers speak better English as well as drive more safely.
