A very lovely hotel with designer led rooms and a lovely outdoor pool and garden areas Our room was very recently renovated and was excellent with a great bed and a good sleep was had. Easy secure parking at rear of hotel You get asked if you would like to have dinner on arrival but please check the menu suits you first before committing. It is a well respected Michelin dining experience and there was nothing we fancied on the menu There is no bar or room menu available We declined as we had just had fine dining at the Roches Blanches the night before There is a nice pizza place which does a Half a pizza and salad just a few steps away Breakfast was €20 per person and not worth it in my estimation and hope they improve their offering I would however stay again as room and bed and pool good Maybe I would try the Al la carte restaurant then as well

Has potential but falls very flat with poor cleanliness and shockingly terrible service. We wanted to love this place, but our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When we first arrived, there were at least 20 dark hairs all over the bed sheets. When we alerted the front desk, their "solution" was to bring us a lint roller instead of changing the sheets. Because the hotel was sold out, we were forced to sleep in a dirty bed. Gross. The next day, they acted as if nothing had happened. I had to explicitly ask them to do something about it, which required asking three separate times and arguing that the situation was entirely unacceptable. They finally offered to change the sheets and I demanded to comp the basic breakfast; I was appalled that they refused several times, given the situation, until they relented. To make matters worse, upon checking out, they attempted to charge us 2x for the room due to their system error. I wasted half an hour at the front desk refusing to pay a second time + having to fix their records. Management seriously needs to look into their housekeeping standards and train their front desk staff on basic customer service, billing, and hospitality. If you choose to stay, be warned - the remodeled rooms are nice on the surface, but are very small and lacking thoughtful touches for a relaxing vacation stay. The property lacks amenities, too - the pool is nice but small. Breakfast is so basic. Espresso is fake. Do not recommend.

Food and standard of the rom was below our expectations. Restaurant is mentioned in GM, but that was not close to this standard. Nice staff but extremely slow. Ask for the extended wine list and they have some nice wines to a good price.

Een mooi hotel met klein maar fijn buitenzwembad. Ze wilden het zwembad ivm het weer dichtlaten. Echter het weer was nog goed dus mochten we nog even plonsen. Kamer was goed alleen erg jammer dat er geen koffievoorziening en koelkastje op de kamer was. Diner in bistro en menu gekozen. Smaakvolle gerechten en lekker bereid. Jammer dat mijn 1e glas wijn niet goed (geoxideerd)was, je mag verwachten dat ze in zo’n restaurant als deze altijd goede kwaliteit schenken. Gelukkig kreeg ik een ander glas
