From our first arrival we were greeted with cool towels and warm smiles. The staff is amazing!! Esther at the front desk was very accommodating on our last day- our flight wasn't until late at night so got a lovely extra late check out. The food each day was prepared fresh and most delicious! Our room was the honeymoon suite which including a private pool and the maintenance guy always made sure to clean our pool as well. Having beach access from our room was a great plus because we were in the ocean/beach a lot! This place has not seen the last of us!!!

This was an amazing hotel! Great buffet style food and lovely staff. Beautiful ocean front Yoga studio. Small but acceptable gym. Pools were great. Happy hour on the upper deck was nice. Beach at low tide was good for walking but a lot of kelp.

Fabulous high end hotel, modern feel, immaculate throughout with exceptional customer service. Great food and drinks (all inclusive), beautifully designed spacious rooms, lovely pool and bar on the beach. A perfect place to relax after a week's safari, would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. This place is very clean, cool atmosphere and greta staff. My only con was that the food was just okay and there is no food, snacks or any other options available easily outside of the set times for meals. No amenities nearby but a great place to get away and relax by the pool and private beach.

Toa was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Truly 5 stars. From the amazing rooms, to the food options. I had dinner on the beach twice during my stay and it was soo romantic and ethereal definitely something I will always remember. Got an amazing massage as well during my stay, I highly recommend using their spa facilities. The staff was the most amazing part, so genuine and each and everyone went above and beyond they anticipated anything I needed and was there before I could ask. As a person who works in the service industry here in New York I can honestly say that their service is the best. I can’t wait to come back with friends and family

The staff was very accommodating and professional. The facility infrastructure was ok. They lost power often but only for short periods of time. The concept was luxurious and wonderful. I'll come back for my 5yr anniversary. Be mindful, food options are limited but offered onsite in buffet-style.

TOA hotel was much better than we were expecting, we stayed for 4 nights for our honeymoon. Loads of great things about the hotel are : really modern, clean, great breeze (minimal mosquitos), right by the beach, private beach with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. They had entertainment on a Saturday and the food was really good each night. It’s about 1hr drive from stone town so that’s the only con if you want to be in that area but it seemed really busy in stone town when we were there so I preferred the east side with beaches.

TOA is a new facility in the as-yet unspoiled Pongwe Beach area. The facility itself is beautiful, and kept immaculately clean. The staff are unfailingly kind, helpful and efficient, and everyone greets you with a smile and warmth. The food is delicious and beautifully prepared, and the grounds and amenities are spotless and carefully maintained. The most memorable part of the stay is the staff; I cannot say enough about how kind and generous they are. I highly recommend a stay at TOA.

The staff is not to be topped, I travel a lot but I have not experienced anything like this! Unbelievable hospitality, thanks to Ally and his team for an unforgettable 13 days! The staff saved us a sandwich because their kitchen was closed and our flight was delayed so they thought of us. That was really nice. The staff is friendly and nice. I was a little disappointed because The sea view is not really sea view. We left a message for the hotel through Expedia to see if they had an airport shuttle but no response. You can see the sea through what looks to be a soon to be construction site. The all inclusive was not in my booking. Only breakfast was included but I didn’t have the energy to argue about it even though the lady at the front desk was polite about it and asked me to check with the day staff. The cleaners are always talking infront of your balcony so I was woken up early a few times. The breakfast was good.
