“Great staff but hotel itself wasn’t great!”

“My only complaint at the end of my stay was the fact that I had to leave. Everyone here was amazing, food was amazing, property was amazing, the activities were fun and they arranged for transport to the airport and when we wanted to do a tour of khao yai. This was an amazing few days and I absolutely will be coming back!”

“Toilet was not clean”

“Amazing! The lady there was so kind and helpful, and upgraded our room for free. She also recommended some spots near us which was super helpful. Accommodations were clean, modern, and had everything we needed. View was stunning. Would definitely recommend!”

“The house was infested with ants The sheets on the beds were dirty and had spots of blood on them Bath towels were also dirty and stained so could not be used Very upsetting to have these conditions with the cost to rent the house ”
