Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Request a refund because too dirty and leaving

We didn't stay and we had to leave becaus really too dirty. On arrival we found, a room really very basic with old furnitures and no space evn to put luggaes. But after checking the pair of sheets, they were already used and dirty. There was no towels in bath rooms, and even not paper toilets in bathrooms. Wr asked to change the sheetts, and they try to find some less stained in some bag of dirty clothes. We just decided to quit and find somewhere else, because everything was really, really dirty
