“The property looks nothing like the photos. The swimming pool is inside the restaurant not outside like shown in pictures. The standard rooms are quite small with no views of the outside. The hotel is kind of inside a small shopping center. However the sit out area on the 4th floor is nice. The female receptionist is nice though the male receptionists were not helpful when there was no internet for half a day. Special thanks to Benny from the restaurant who was so nice and helpful.”

“La piscina estaba medio vacía y el afua verde, asi que no pudimos bañarnos. Tiene buenas vistas, al fondo se ve el mar. La comida estaba buena y las habitaciones limpias. El personal es agradable. No ofrecen cambio de moneda.”

“La propiedad se encuentra en una localización muy tranquila y se puede disfrutar muy bien la playa , el hotel muy bonito y los jardines hermosos, al igual la comida deliciosa, sin embargo su limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, del baño salía un olor muy desagradable y las paredes del baño con un poco de moho tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran de nuevo, se ven instalaciones un poco dañadas sobre todo el baño y muebles un poco viejos. ”

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic.
Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”
