The people were nice and the plaza across the way was beautiful, but the overall experience was lacking. My windows were 8 feet up and tiny glass squares, there was no real hit water and i could hear everything going on downstairs. While it was an interesting experience and i dont regret staying, I have no interest in returning if I'm back in the area.

Super fun place to walk into. The room did smell musty , like something was wet and trying to dry . The shower head does not have a strong flow and the bed can be a little better as you can feel the springs . I did sleep well though . For a couple of days , it is fine to stay in

the staff was not nice, all day games are on people can come in and go anywhere in the hotel the workers aren’t interested in the guess rather in putting makeup n getting tips from the tourists ect no ice buckets at all and i asked for towels they gave me a hand towel the elevator wasn’t working at all and will probably never work but they won’t tell you that… i called a week in advance and they failed to say about the elevator and they knew my son is autistic, they moved me to the MELIA across the street with the help with the suitcase and i paid a crackhead to help ‘me!

No water pressure and no Internet to watch TV,,, was supposed to stay for 2 days but only stay over night.. and also hard to find parking and they told us to go to a hotel 2 mins away for free parking but it was full. But the staff was very nice,, but I won't start there again.

pleasant environment Good for the money A bit noisy but not a major problem safe place situated right in the plaza and lot so restaurant and places to visit taxi from and to the airport can be arrange for 10 US dollars if you call ahead to make arrangement. A guy and his wife will pick you up and drop you off. be nice and give 15 to 20 dollars. the guys at the airport gonna ask for 35 to 40 dollars but bargain for 20

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. They have an arcade and a bar downstairs as well as food stands inside and outside... my room was right next to the stairs and i had no issues with noise downstairs.. my only complaint would be the lack of water pressure in the shower and the sink.. i did notice someone elses hair on the pillows in the bed. The hotel is a botique hotel and seems to have just been purchased.. the hotel has a ton of potential and if your fine with over looking small things then this hotel could easily take off to become an amazing spot. I would stay here again. The location is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to everything.

This hotel has much potential. It is obvious that the new management is trying to make it special. We found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room on Valentine’s Day. Had issues with the AC but the manager was attentive and tried to take care of it right away. Can’t wait to come back to see how it has improved! Fun deco!

No hot water (not even lukewarm). Walls are thin so the neighbors and music can get loud. Rooms needs refurbishment, have a cheap appearance which is a shame since the concept seems like a good idea. Average experience overall.

While this establishment benefits from a prime location and holds significant potential, my experience was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. The carpets were heavily stained and appeared dirty from wear, and the overall room quality was subpar. My assigned room lacked windows, creating a claustrophobic atmosphere, and the entire hallway had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the décor and furniture were of low quality, seemingly sourced from IKEA, with some pieces showing noticeable signs of wear and deterioration. With a thorough update, improved cleanliness, and higher-quality furnishings, this place could offer a much better experience for guests.
