Overall the stay was good . Staff was nice , room was clean and comfy. Only issue I had is that when booking it shows the pool as if you have access to it but then when you arrive and ask they tell you , you had to book a specific 2 person room to access the pool . Definetly was not stated anywhere in the fine print

We arrived pretty late in the night and it was very confusing to check in. I think the staff needs to add check-in instructions (specifically for late arrivals). Everything was super clean. The shower never got warm in ours so it was a little painful.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust around the windows and blinds, and there was hair on the floor. They do not sell any food on-site, so you have to leave the property to get something to eat. Everything is pretty far away; the closest fast-food restaurant was about 15 minutes away. They also require a $50 deposit if you want a blanket, and the blanket is very thin. On the positive side, it was nice that the room had a private pool.

The location was convenient relative to what I was doing that day — but in honesty it’s very remote. Their absolute minimum supplies- meaning bar of soap and body wash. Rain showerhead was 60 to 70% plug with calcification and the handicap handheld shower was broken and leaking. Bed is somewhat comfortable however it only had bedsheets and it didn’t had blanket. You can request a blanket for an additional cost. The facilities were remodeled and well care for. The room included microwave and small fridge with bottled water. For one night, it’s okay.

The unit was very clean, and cozy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower situation was strange. The shower area isnt seperated from the unit, so after the shower, I found water all over the place, all the way to the bed. I used the towels in the floor, to mop the water to the drain. A giant squeegy should be part of the unit. Had a nice time. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. UBER is not a fan of that area, it was very difficult to get a ride from there. It was a nice time.

The check in was weird. No office was marked. Once we got checked in, by driving around and finding someone who looked like they worked there and he took us to a weird gated area with barbed wire all over it, a guy checked is in and took us to the room. The garage was great! Private parking was awesome . The room appeared mostly clean, but the Jacuzzi tub (which I paid extra for) was not clean, and there was not enough hot water to make it work properly. The hot water ran out before reaching the jets. Disappointing for sure! The toilet did NOT flush. That was super gross, The bed was very hard with a super thin mattress. It was ok. But not recommended.
