The building requires a lot of tender loving care and the studio as well. the bathroom curtain was dirty and the toilet as well. (To the extend that we cleaned before using it). By far is not what Expedia represent, don't understand how Expedia endorse the place . The people was very nice and responsive.

Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The coffee maker had coffee residue in both the filter and pot. 5. The bathroom door scrapes against the floor, making it difficult to close and risking damage if forced. 6. I called about the internet connection, which I needed for work, but it never worked. If WiFi is offered, it should function properly. Unlike water or power outages, internet service is something that can usually be addressed more reliably. 7. The television could not be used because it was not connected to the internet. 8. The listing should specify that the stairs are narrow, which can be difficult for people with physical limitations. 9. At the second entrance gate, there was heavy dripping water, apparently from an A/C unit, making the area uncomfortable and slippery since the lock is located there.

Clean but basically just for a night. Too many confusing locks to get in and instructions were not clear and parking is not available, off street parking only. Communication wasn’t the best on a Sunday.

There was no water available due to a major issue with local water company. The situation started a few days before our arrival date, however, the landlord did not notify us ahead of time, and did not provide water bottles or gallons. He did not answered our calls and we could not stay in the property.
