Location, complimentary breakfast, and Happy hour were great. Some of the staff members were not very friendly, two of those that we interacted with were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again but some of their staff need to work on their social skills, especially front desk.

Great location if you’re visiting the south part of the island, modern rooms, and awesome rooftop bar with city views. The pools and casino are a nice bonus. Would definitely come back!

The bad: It is not worth the price, the place looks deteriorated, specially the paint and is not even a 10 year old Hotel, parking is not completed, there is no elevators in the parking. The good: The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a place to stay the nigth if you have too, not for a vacation or Holiday.

I love the size of the room the staff was awesome the thing I hated was mildew smell it smells like mold inside the room I don’t know what happened in there I was worried the mold smell was going to stick to my clothes or give me some kind of illness cause of my asthma they should go to the rooms and find out what is causing it.It is noisy course of party’s but that was not my problem was returning to my mold smelling room

Staff was awesome Room was clean The restaurants were all excellent. We stayed 5 nights and ate most of our meals there. Having three options was great. Drinks were great! Only issue was parking,,, will be better when the parking deck is finished. Also the music was way too loud at the HRCafe. Couldn’t have a conversation.

Excellent and attentive staff. The Hard Rock Cafe was awesome. Didn't like the bath area setup, there was no privacy like you have in other hotels (an enclosed bathroom). The rooms were very cold with no way to lower the temperature except by calling guest services. Room smelled of humidity. Music during the weekends was very loud and could be heard on the fourth floor. Parking is scarce due to non guests coming to the casino and a new construction in part of the parking area, which eliminates a few spaces. The Mexican restaurant/bar on the sixth floor isn't the best in terms of service. First two times trying to order food was futile so I left. On the third try I waited one hour for two tacos and one burrito, and the place was practically empty.
