Vacations Close To Ponce City Market

Pros: Room size, price, bed. Cons: The hotel claims to offer breakfast, but it isn't really breakfast—just coffee, sliced ​​bread, and cookies. I stayed for 10 days, and no one came into the room to clean or change the towels. We had the same towels every day. I ran out of toilet paper and had to go get some from the front desk.

Didn't stay to find out. Place was so bad we left after seeing the room. Only one staff on duty that we saw. Upon entering the room the main door was "messed up" so that you had to slam it to close---and then it was not very secure. The AC unit that was "in the wall" was actually sitting several inches into the room such that the outdoors was visible thru a 8'-10" hole. The hotel in general was not portrayed accurately in any of the photos shown online.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. From the moment I arrived Rakhi was amazing! She helped me carry my luggage up to my room due to the elevator being down at the time. The elevator was back up the next day as promised. Breakfast was good. I wish there were more non-pork protein options. My room was clean and spacious. My stay was mostly quiet aside from one evening. I asked to be moved the next day and my room was switched immediately upon my return. The property has very convenient access to a major highway. There are also a good amount of stores and restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone and I’d gladly stay again if my commute isn’t far. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
