The rooms were cosy, and the food was absolutely amazing- one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it truly lived up to our expectations. Just a small heads-up: the rooms didn’t come with toiletries, so make sure to bring your own. Would definitely recommend! So glad we stayed here. ”

“Danu's homestay is the real experience. 5 star service with many smiles. If your looking for an authentic Sri Lankan homestay experience, this is it. Sigiriya is a beautiful little town and Lion Rock is a must do. Get up early to beat the crowds and heat. It opens at 7am. We hired a scooter but Charu the father will drive you if needed. The family are absolutely loving,kind and generous. Make sure you have dinner with them. One of the best meals I've had in Sri Lanka. Now for the suprise...

“This was the best home stay we have ever experienced! Danesh and his family were so welcoming and helpful and it was lovely to get to know them over our 5 day stay. Danesh organised various activities for us including seeing wild elephants, a cooking class, and a bike ride. He also helped with booking tuk tuks and taxis whenever we needed.
