We booked a junior apartment, and it was pristine. Quite a bit of noise from above apartment, but if you aren’t spending much time in there it isn’t an issue. The app for accessing the building is very hit and miss, but you have a PIN code so you always get in ok. From description about on site parking, I’m not quite sure where that is, but there is an open parking area for anybody from the local area across the road from the block. It’s free and easily accessible. There isn’t much around this location and you are a good 20/25 min walk into main area. You will struggle to get parked in the main area if you drive in. The walking was fine for us but it might be a consideration for some. The balcony for the junior apartment isn’t ideal. Although spacious you are just sat looking at a noisy motorway and main road. Definitely no nice views. The picture you see on the main advert for west coast isn’t the junior apartment.
