My sister and I were delighted to spend some time at this hotel. The room was very modern and bright and beautiful. The staff was the highlight, though. Bother the brother and the sister that worked there were so helpful and the sister took a LOT of time to help guide our journey through town. She indulged us on a million questions about Italy, the language, the town and things to do. Wonderful, wonderful time!

Aeris was the perfect place to stay in Polignano. A family run business, the building was conveniently located, there is an elevator to the higher floors, the fresh cooked breakfast is incredible and our room was really beautiful and comfortable.

What a pleasant experience ! The staff did really its best to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room, the breakfast, the location,...everything was perfect ! I would really recommend it, it's definitely good value for money.

This is family run boutique hotel. They were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served as if you were at their houseguest. Made you feel like a family member. They respond quickly to requests and messages. I highly recommend this place if ever you are in Polignano. Great restaurant across from this place. Train station and the center are about 5 mins walk

The hotel room suite 2 had construction work going from 7am on both mornings. During night a persistent mechanical , loud humming noise waa really annoying. Our room was not made up and there was no phone in room. The twp reception staff were lovely and very helpful though and location to town and station were ideal.

This is a new hotel that recently opened after renovating a maison that was over 300 years old. Luxurious interior, all clean and enough space at the room, cozy and comfortable spa facilities, fresh and high-quality breakfast served on the second floor terrace, and this family-run hotel is so friendly and beautiful. We were so grateful for celebrating our couple's special anniversary together. I hope that guests will respect the hotel and appreciate their excellent service. It was uncomfortable to see some guests being arrogant and directive. Enjoy your vacation, but please respect the country's culture and rules. If you are a good guest!

El hotel es pequeño y muy bonito. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasarla maravilloso. La atención es de primera y te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación era excepcional cuidan todos los detalles. La cama es comodisima y las almohadas de lo mejor. Los productos son de la mejor calidad y el desayuno es increíble. Todo el personal hace su trabajo de lo mejor y te ayudan con recomendaciones. Son muy accesibles sin duda es un lugar al que regresaremos en nuestra próxima visita. La atención es de 10.

Dovrebbero aggiungere un nuovo livello sulle recensioni, quello di “stratosferico”! La parola dice tutto, struttura immersa nel centro di Polignano, le suites lasciano letteralmente a bocca aperta. Gli arredi nuovissimi si fondono con gli intonaci in pietra faccia vista, la pulizia regna sovrana. Si viene accolti dalla freschezza della climatizzazione e da un persistente odore di pulito che trova il suo apice nel bagno con una enorme doccia abitabile. La colazione servita al tavolo con menù a la carte non ha precedenti composto da dolce e salato con pietanze della tradizione locale fatte in casa. Che dire, sono 30 anni che giro l’Italia in lungo ed in largo e non ho mai trovato una struttura di tale livello.
