The staff are very helpful and the hotel is in a nice quiet area only a couple of minutes walk to the Main Street and lakeside. The Silver Oaks provided the perfect environment for a lovely 4 days rest after my Annapurna trek and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing hotel. There is a good choice of breakfast and excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Pros: most staff were very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable environment, included a la carte breakfast, beautiful grounds, ideal location Cons: a bit noisy, wifi in our room didn't work as was too far from the server, extra firm mattress (granted it was clean and comfortable - but harder than I've experienced in any standard hotel)

Very comfortable hotel one block from lake

We had a very good experience at the Silver Oaks Inn. The standard room I booked was not available so we got a free upgrade. The room was great. Staff very friendly, they made us an early breakfast because we had to leave before the kitchen opened. I would definitely stay there again!

I found the check-in process of the Silver oaks inn very easy and fast. Also the staff were trying to give me a room according to my priority. They have very big, spacious rooms. Three persons could easily fit into their standard double rooms. The rooms have natural light which is an important point for me and my family members. Try to get a corner room from where you can see a bit of city view. The best thing of the hotel is its location. Its very close to Fewa lake- for me it was 5-10 minutes walking distance. The amenities were fine compared to the price we paid. Although I could be happier if they had new toilet fittings- rest of the facilities were okay. The travel desks staff were nice and helpful and they helped us finding a taxi while leaving the hotel.

Great hotel, good location

We had s super deluxe room that was nice and spacious. Staff were excellent and courteous. Location close to lakeside and all facilities. If going paragliding I recommend Sunrise paragliding, very professional.

Decent included breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, just ours was a little close to reception so kind of noisy in the mornings. Overall a great value place to stay. Not on the main street in Pokhara but just off it and really short walk to good restaurants and bars.
