I had a great stay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal, right in the centre of Poitiers, walking distance from everything you need. I highly recommend!

Very nice location on the central square. Public parking is about 2 blocks away, so easy to transport luggage. Right I. The heart of Poitiers with all the historic sites and old city close. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice Modern Room

We were given a compact modern room away from the square, which was quiet and very clean. The hotel is over a burger bar but there were no smells, and literally around the corner from the hotel de ville parking area. Lounge areas provide the view shown in the ad. Convenient for the centre of town, and very helpful (multilingual) staff.

Great hotel in the center of town with bio market around the corner and Boulangerie Emile within a block near the parking garage. Many restaurants nearby. Amazing, Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, clean, updated with AC! Great value for the price. Look no further for convenience and comfort. Paid parking garage nearby. Night time parking is 1 euro for the night. Otherwise 2 euro per hour. Would definitely return.

The hotel is nicely placed. Prestations are correct but not sure at a level of 3 stars. Only 1 lift and ver narrow. Rooms are very small. No restaurant room even for breakfast. Reception is spoiled with fast food at the ground floor. Staff is nice and efficient, and is advising well about restaurants and places to visit. This counterbalancing and the global experience is positive.

Not so good. Hotel website did not explain how to drop off bags as center of the city was pedestrian only. No information was offered by clerk. A different clerk gave better information on using parking credit. Spent a lot of time figuring things out, wasted time. Will never book with you again. No help

Un petit hotel sympa, propre et très bien placé

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'hotel et avons pris 1 petit déjeuner. Le choix était limité, mais tous les produits étaient de très bonne qualité. Le room service était impeccable. Hotel est situé dans le centre avec un grand parking à 200m. Le prix de parking était raisonnable. Nous recommandons.

Rien de catastrophique mais il y a des choses à améliorer. J'ai trouvé plusieurs insectes dans ma chambre,mais ce qui m'a le plus dérangé est le bruit car avec l'insonorisation assez mauvaise, en cas de voisin bruyant difficile de se reposer ! Personnel très agréable

Trois nuits a Poitiers

We stayed three very comfortable nights. Breakfast in the room was offered but we chose not to use this service. The reception clerks were great; on arrival, on departure, and at all times in between. If we ever return to Poitiers we would hope to stay at Hotel Central. The only negative thing was the three idiots in the street shouting to each other at 3:00 AM, all three nights.
