Room smelt of smoke , snot on the wall , dirty and now the real bad bit , we went for food downstairs a man who was on reception also serves the food and also cooks the food I think only he was there , we got a bowl each of pink chicken in a red sauce , warm glass of beer which took 30 mins for him to pour , we stayed here as a stop over on our way to Spain , honestly just sleep in your car it’s nicer and my car certainly isn’t nice.

Clean and functional hotel

Clean and functional hotel for an overnight stop on our way down to South of Spain. The room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and functional. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Great price for an overnight stop- we were happy.

Very pleasant stay

We wanted to stay to the west of Poitiers and this hotel was just right. A minor problem with the WiFI was quickly sorted.

The place was clean, it might be a little bit outdated, friendly staff. Easy to park. Unfortunately, they were doing a bit of construction, so it was a bit hard to get in. We were not told that we had to turn the lights on so we were unaware when we went to our room and it kinda looked like we were walking into a death trap.

Nobody at reception when we arrived a 4pm, then had to ask for towels and they tried to charge extra for our 2 small dogs which should be free as stated when bookinh. Nothing around hotel as it is on an industrial estate had to drive to find a shop and restaurant, then at 1.30am when asleep someone tried to enter the room with a key, very frightening we had to shout to scare them off, no sleep was had after this and nobody around in morning to complain to. I would not recommend this hotel.

A mon arrivé, le responsable est en desacord avec son salarié sur l'utilisation du logiciel... devant les clients, ce qui n'est pas tres professionnel. Le menage dans les chambres laisse a desirer, surtout au niveau du placard, ou clairement, le menage n'est pas fait. Mais le comble, pas d'eau chaude dans ma chambre le matin... j'essaie, j'essaie, rien ! Je le signale a l'accueil ou seul le salarié est la.... on me dit "on relance la chaudière... dans minimum 30min c'est bon". Bien sur que je ne peux pas attendre 30min... je dois aller travailler. Le patron etait au téléphone, on ne me propose pas un dédommagement, pas un café, absolument rien. Juste on me dit "le patron vous rappelle". C'était le 13 decembre, j'écris ce commentaire le 22 décembre... toujours aucune nouvelle de ce monsieur ! A éviter
