The property is great. Location wonderful Beach view is pretty and it’s wonderful that chairs, and boogie boards are available. Pool and hot tub are very nice and a good alternative if you didn’t want to stay at the beach all day. Disappointing that Drift restaurant and bar was closed. More electrical outlets would be helpful in the room.

This was our fourth trip to LBI, and our first staying at Spray Beach. Loved the location. Plenty of parking on site. The amenities like complimentary beach chairs and boogie boards made packing much easier than going to other locations. Any problems we faced were quickly remedied by the attentive staff. Pool water did not look clean .. should be flushed out more frequently .. great location / restaurant and staff .. just the pool was the issue .. also need to be sure others are not using their parking lot to access the beach / limited # of spots at this property .. I personally saw ppl parking and walking to the beach on more than one occasion as I looked for a spot (as a guest of this hotel)
