I stayed here for a week and I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was super friendly, helped us with everything we needed. Check in and out were very easy. The room was perfect for two people, and very clean. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re a young couple on a budget, easy walk to the boardwalk. I will definitely be coming back. I honestly have no complaints at all.

The staff is extremely generous and so helpful and pretty cool!!! The only downside is that they need an upgrade it’s kinda outdated but excellent place you can easily walk to food spots the boardwalk the famous bar beachcomber

Place was old, smelly like wet clothes, dirty, run down. Blanket and sheets weren't clean, I could feel sand when laying in the bed and I never went to the beach my whole stay there. Positives: The Staff Was FANTASTIC & NICE! The Location Was FANTASTIC!

Pool was great and location is amazing. You do get a parking spot but they are really tight and inches next to other cars. It works out in the end but a little stressful. Rooms were pretty big though ! And the air conditioning worked great !

The PROS: The staff was very friendly, and the location is walking distance (1 block) to the boardwalk and the beach. The pool was amazing as well. The CONS: The initial room we were given was absolutely disgusting. The vanity for the bathroom sink was filthy, and there was mold growing under the sink. Hardware on some of the furniture was broken and one of the drawers couldn't be opened. There was also a "white stain" on the couch cover, and there were also graffiti on one of the beige headboards that was just lightly covered with white paint. We brought it to the attention of staff, and they showed us another room which was just as bad if not worse. It smelled of mold and mildew and there was mold all in the bathroom. Expedia reached out and asked how the check-in went and after we mentioned this, shortly after the staff moved us to another room that was a little better, but bearable. I have been traveling to the Jersey shore for 40+ years, and this was the worst place I have ever stayed in down there. It is a shame because the staff is very friendly.

I stay here every time I go to seaside heights and it never disappoints. Staff are great, pool is great. The hotel isn’t anything fancy but it reminds me of being a child and always has a good vibe. And it’s literally right next to the boardwalk

The hotel itself wasn't bad. Nice area, super close close to the beach, within walking distance to shops. The room was a lil dirty, hairs on the sheets under covers/pillows, the floor wasn't swept. But we were only there to sleep n shower. The pool was also nice, pretty decent size and lots of lounging chairs. Super easy check in and out 👍

The staff is amazing! They filled my cooler with ice, offered to help bring up our things and help load car on departure as well as ask everyday if we needed room cleaning. I didn’t personally use the pool, but everyone seemed to really enjoy.

I was a bit hesitant to book a stay after reading reviews. During check in an entire stay front desk staff were kind and easy to communicate with. The front desk secretary Shirley made sure my family and I were treated very well for my daughter’s birthday weekend. I felt very comfortable and rooms were clean which was made out to be as if the place was not a good place to stay. You are able to relax and walk in and out your room and areas feeling safe! The pool area was very clean and you are also able to cook on the grill if available. I will now be feeling comfortable enough to book my next stay!

Property needs a major refresh. It is shabby and in major need of new paint, drapes, bedding, bathroom overhaul and a deep clean. On the plus side the staff was very nice as was the pool. Free parking is a bonus.
