The room is very small the heat don't work the TV don't work the water is rusty the only good thing is the location

I had purchased this room through Expedia had a family emergency and canceled about an hour after making reservations in the early morning. Was told there was refund I explained to the motel and Expedia about my emergency and even paid for the insurance which is extra. Very bad business all around. This was the first time and last time I ever book again.
