My wife and I stayed at the guesthouse for the first time last weekend and found it adorable. Everything worked well. Loved the little extra touches the proprietor provides such as a small chocolate on each pillow. Lovely reading room. Especially impressed with the outdoor kitchen and its facilities. Quite unique.

This was a lovely little surprise. Not an expensive property to stay at, but the place had a lovely charm. We were really impressed with all of the extra little touches, especially the extemely well appointed kitchen area, with great touches like free marshmallows for the fire pit.

Lovely hotel with retro additions

I loved the retro design. The only issue I had was I stayed 3 days but my wifi only lasted one day. I had to tether off my phone, which wasn't great reception. It was a great location and gave me a great run each day to the music festival I was volunteering at.

Family quick over night holiday. Great location, self service check in so we didn’t actually speak to anyone. Kids swam in the pool, played basketball, tennis and table tennis. Full kitchen to use. Walking distance to pier, lighthouse and shops and beach. Great stay. Thank you

The property is in a good location. It's pretty dated though. We chose to stay there because we needed to stay somewhere for 1 x night. Most AirBnBs are 2 nights minimum on the weekend. It was fine. Just wouldn't normally choose this kind of property.

I’ve been staying at this property since I was a child, since just after the 1984 extension was added. I am amazed at how well maintained everything is given the age of the property. We were really impressed by how clean everything was, the contactless check in worked brilliantly, it was great having access to extras that could just be picked up in the hallway. I enjoy a lovely swim in the pool and we had much fun with the ping pong. I really love the indigenous planting that you are currently doing. A great, relaxed atmosphere in a brilliant location. We hope to return soon 😊
