Vacations Close To Point Cadet Plaza

Check-in was easy and quick. Lobby was warm. Room was hot with AC off; took 3 hours to cool after beach day—very upsetting. Room smelled like chlorine/chemicals. No shampoo/conditioner provided despite two front desk requests. Showerhead and handle busted and leaked. Bed clean and comfortable. Spotty Wi-Fi with buffering. Overall C- stay. Wouldn't stay again.

This hotel took us by surprised. The ambiance of this hotel were amazing and the steak house was just out of this world Such a classy and elegant decor in a small Alabama town was great. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool. It just didn’t flow with the elegance of the hotel It was really a rundown pool They definitely have to upgrade the pool area so it goes with the flow of the hotel

Such a warm welcome by Dana and Jim and the entire staff! Such a beautiful property with charm and character. Amazing delicious and healthy breakfast options! Will come back!

The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.
