The Wharf Master’s Inn staff were extremely helpful and Friendly. The Inn was charming with amazing ocean views from the balcony and was very peaceful and quiet. The Wave restaurant was lovely and yummy too. A truly great find!!

This was my first time staying at Wharfmasters Inn. It makes a nice destination along the north coast. Point Arena is a cute little town with some nice restaurants and music sometimes as well. The little cafe at wharf masters was also nice and convenient. I will surely return.

What a beautiful surprise, the small lane to access and the feeling of being off the beaten path. The facilities are in pristine shape and very clean. The rooms are nice. The beds, very comfortable. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace. The buffet breakfast is small in choices but very good. The yogurt was some off the best I have had. The staff are great!!!

A hidden gem! The entire cove where the Inn is located is amazing. Walk to dinner or the beach. Enjoy the sunset from the deck of the nearby restaurant. We will be back!

We made a last minute reservation at Warf's Master Inn, and could not have had a better experience. Cliff and Jessica were very helpful and accommodating, and the room and view were beautiful. I would recommend staying at the Inn when visiting Port Arena.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is fantastic. The staff extremely kind and friendly. Overall, the property is very quiet, quaint, and peaceful. It is an older hotel although everything is in good condition and very clean. The jacuzzi tubs are quite loud so we did not use them much. Also we did not try the coffee and pastries, but only because we are early risers, already going about our day by 8am. The town of Point Arena is a gem… we will be back!

The hotel is located on a hill, overlooking a wharf and the ocean---a magnificent view! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating---several lovely conversations. The complementary breakfast is modest and continental in style. However, there is a nice, but limited, breakfast made-to-order menu which was done very well. The dinner menu is similarly limited, but the choices are nicely cooked and served. The room featured a hot tub, as well as the usual shower, and a balcony had a great view of the wharf and ocean. Since the hotel is on a hill, the driveway is somewhat steep---some may have trouble walking down to the water, but it's a 1-minute drive to parking by the beach. Also, walking from one unit of the hotel to another may involve some ups and downs. A cafe and a couple restaurants are available down the hill. Rooms are labeled as "peaceful and romantic", and that seems a fine description. The city of Point Arena and nearby area are isolated near the coast, but that makes the hotel a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
