We have stayed in Junior Suite for one night. The room exceeded our expectations. It was renovated, very well kept. There were queues during the breakfast for serving the food, though there were plenty of tables to sit at. The restaurant seemed a little bit crowded. We gad a great experience. Recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it was very crowded, especially with children. We tried to have a nice, formal dinner one evening, but children just started to scream and yell and play hide and go seek around us. The mother and father nearby seemed unbothered. We enjoyed the privacy of our room, and the fact that there was a balcony off from the room, which allowed us to have hot tea and enjoy the scenery.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpin Resort. The hotel staff prepared a lovely surprise when we arrived: champagne, chocolate, petals. It was our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room had a cozy feel but spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The dinners were rich and plenty to choose from. We had the time of our lives and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Alpin Resort! We will return.

The place was too cramped and the air-conditioning was not worked and neither the phone in the room. I had to call from cellphone twice to get the receptionist respond to get assistance. It was quite disappointing.

Very nicely managed hotel. Service desk and everyone in the office is very pleasant and happy to help. Good size room, beds are comfortable and bathroom is good sized and clean. Breakfast buffet is very rich and tasty. So many items to choose from and coffees and drinks are good as well. I was impressed by everything at Alpin Resort and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful time in Poiana Brasov. Good work everyone. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.
