Absolutely hook this Hotel. The rooms are incredible, beach is quiet and peaceful, and it’s 15-20 minutes to Split if you go outside of rush hour. Highly recommend!

Location on the beach was ideal for us. If you intend spending most of your time in the old town of Split, you may prefer to stay in Split as the traffic to and from Split is a negative factor. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property was well maintained Stephanie at check in was awesome. the staff was readily available to help with any needs that may have occurred although our stay was perfect. Having the beach just footsteps away and the beautiful sunrise and sunset lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We definitely will stay again 100%.

We had an amazing stay at VIPo Prestige Apartments in Podstrana. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is excellent — right on the beach, with a beautiful boulevard full of restaurants along the water, plus supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment itself was modern, beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We also loved the view from our room, and the extra half bathroom was such a great bonus. The service was wonderful, and Estefania at the front desk was truly the best — so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. She made our stay even better. I would 100% recommend VIPo Prestige Apartments to anyone visiting the Split/Podstrana area. We loved everything about it!

I don’t usually take the time to write review but this place was great. The staff, particularly Stefanjia and Ante, were super helpful and welcoming. We had an issue with one of the shutters on the window when we first arrived and they fixed it immediately and were super responsive to our needs. The pictures don’t do this place justice- the view is stunning and the amenities were fantastic. There are some really great restaurants within easy walking distance (Restaurant Jure and Cibus were both excellent). Plus I enjoyed running along the promenade in the mornings and we were even able to rent bikes from Vipo Prestige to make the most of the waterfront location. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

For a family with little kids is amazing, safe, clean with tub and shower. Highchair and safe furniture. The beach is right in front and is super nice (rocky not sandy) my kids love it and the water was crystal clear. Nice new kitchen, deliciuos restaurants near by. In this season the pool was close but must be nice. FYI: The spa area is for rent and also the washing machine. In general, we love it.

Great location. Nice welcome at check in from Ante. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Amazing views. Handy for buses into Split. Good food and beer next door at Cibas.

We staying during off season. Everything was great. Friendly reception staff and restaurant staff during breakfast. Clean and very quiet. The beach looks amazing and has a long promenade for walks along the beach. Rental car is a must.

Very helpful staff, especially as we had a late flight and no one was going to be around at the property to check us in, so they sent us photos and a video of everything we would need. The apartment was very clean and a good supply of towels. The kitchen area had a coffee machine plus a kettle and all the cooking utensils if you wanted to self cater. Breakfast was buffet style and relaxed with both indoor & outdoor seating areas, again the staff were on hand and very helpful. Good standard of cleanliness and great location right on the beach.
