The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with large windows that filled the space with fresh air and a lovely, breezy atmosphere. The hotel itself has a charming, classic feel—you truly feel like you’ve stepped into an old movie. The food was excellent; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well-prepared. Everything throughout the property was very clean, and the staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Amei estar no hotel, hospedagem café da manhã, as músicas, o hotel é um lugar para ficar e curtir o que ele oferece. Gostaria que a opção de serviço do restaurante fosse alacarte , até as 23:00. As vezes a gente sai para um passeio e não chega a tempo de se alimentar no horário estabelecido.

Excelente custo benefício na modalidade pensão completa. Boas refeições com cardápio diversificado. Quarto limpo e funcionários prestativos. A água da piscina é aquecida. A internet Wi-Fi é ruim nos quartos e os dados móveis pegam mal porque o hotel é bem “fechado”, então vc vai passar raiva com internet. Mas é pertinho das termas e tem um spa dento do próprio hotel. A melhor sauna que já fui na minha vida. Com certeza voltarei

Experiência muito agradável. As pessoas que lá trabalham são muito eficientes. A arquitetura muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom. Os móveis dos quartos são antigos, mas a ideia é acompanhar toda a estrutura do hotel. Hospeda-se beníssimamente bem no Palace Hotel. Muito obrigado a todos os envolvidos na prestação do serviço.

Foi tudo maravilhoso! é a segunda vez que que me hospedo no Palace, e realmente é surreal, nos sentimos em um filme de época, tudo perfeito, os colaboradores estão todos de parabéns, só falta uma coisa nos quartos, espelho de corpo inteiro e ar condicionado. Mas volto com certeza para mais uma estadia.

Poucos atendentes para realizar check in e check out considerando o tamanho do hotel. A entrada com a rampa não estava funcionando. Se as duas entradas estivessem funcionando seria melhor e mais rápido o atendimento. A janela do banheiro não fechava muito bem e muito vento passando por ela e por baixo da porta da varanda.
