The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with large windows that filled the space with fresh air and a lovely, breezy atmosphere. The hotel itself has a charming, classic feel—you truly feel like you’ve stepped into an old movie. The food was excellent; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well-prepared. Tive uma ótima experiência no Palace Hotel. A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Poços de Caldas, perto das principais atrações e muito fácil de fazer tudo a pé. A pensão completa vale muito a pena, com refeições bem servidas e saborosas. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a equipe, todos os funcionários foram muito educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Foi uma estadia muito agradável e eu voltaria com certeza.

É a 2ª vez que vamos ao hotel. Comida é ótima, super limpo, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. A roupa de cama e a de banho são boas, limpas e de algodão. Os travesseiros e colchão novos. Quarto equipado com tv, ar condicionado, cortinas blackout, escrivaninha, armário e suporte para 1 mala, poderia ter mais 1 suporte para mala e mais tomadas.
