The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with large windows that filled the space with fresh air and a lovely, breezy atmosphere. The hotel itself has a charming, classic feel—you truly feel like you’ve stepped into an old movie. The food was excellent; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well-prepared. Everything throughout the property was very clean, and the staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Would love to stay here again

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

Hotel bem bonito, razoavelmente bem conservado, mas poderia estar em melhor estado. Fiz uma massagem no spa, massagem relaxante, mas durante a massagem teve uma aula na piscina e o som era tão alto que perturbava a parte do spa. Não tem sentido nenhum isso. Café da manhã poderia ter mais frutas, e cobraram 5 reais pra fazer um ovo frito, 5 por cada ovo.

Um hotel belíssimo, bem localizado, do lado das Thermas, outro local lindo! Café da manhã bom, sem sucos naturais e com poucas frutas e iogurte apenas o natural. Equipe muito atenciosa e forneciam dicas de passeios e lugares a visitar. Quarto amplo, bem arejado, limpo. Tinha ar-condicionado, mas devido a temperatura da cidade no período fora desnecessário quase todos os dias. Diárias com Pensão completa, e todas as refeições muito gostosas.
