Atendimento excelente, hotel limpo, cafe da manhã ótimo, localização excelente. Faltou secador de cabelo em um dos quartos e pegamos e tbm, por Poços ser um lugar mais frio, sugiro que os Ar sejam quente e frio. Mas isso não vai me impedir de retornar. Obrigada !

Hotel com potencial mas pode melhorar

Hotel está passando por algumas reformas. Quarto simples, porém confortável, frigobar disponível para guardar produtos do cliente, só oferece sabonete de amenidades de banho. Estacionamento pago (30 reais), espaço pequeno e um pouco tumultuado. Salão de jogos estava em reforma. Piscina funciona das 10h às 20h, sendo fechada para manutenção aos domingos. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e bons produtos.

Foi um atendimento de excelência em todos os serviços; funcionários muito atenciosos e colaborativos, limpeza diária, desjejum simples, mas variado e saboroso. Próximo dos parques, comércio, restaurantes, cafeteria ( recomendo Café Concerto) e casa de chá/chocolateria ( Lascaux). Foi uma experiência Renovadora que vale a pena repetir!
