I did like the staff I did like the the bar area is awsome. The only one thing i concern about is the shower hot water I tried take shower in the morning the water was cold

It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Hotel histórico totalmente reformado

Gostamos muito da estadia no hotel. O prédio é histórico, totalmente reformado. O quarto é banheiro estavam limpos. Café da manhã com muito opção. Custo benefício muito bom, pois conta com piscina com toboaga, piscina aquecida, hidromassagem, saunas seca e vapor, brinquedoteca, salão de jogos. Além disso, possui um Sportbar com atendentes muito simpáticos. O melhor do hotel é sua localização perto do centro. Na maior parte do tempo dá para caminhar sem precisar do carro. Muita atração, lojas e gastronomia por perto.

Excelente custo benefício e tratamento.

Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos em todos os setores. Acomodação confortável. Muito limpo. Áreas comuns e de lazer ótimas. Ambiente agradável. O café da manhã é excelente com muitas opções: frutas, salgados e doces, bebidas. A comida do restaurante é muito saborosa. Tem cardápio variado. Atendimento dos garçons foi impecável. O garçom Miguel do Sport Bar foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou a solucionar o problema do que jantar depois das 21:15. O Hotel ofereceu como cortesia leite para minha mãe e minha irmã. Na reserva haviam me falado que os colchões dos quartos com camas de solteiro tinham colchões de espuma, mas são todos de mola. Como não posso dormir em colchão de molas, houve um grande empenho Laís da recepção e da responsável pela setor de governança e conseguiram resolver o problema.
